Rod Walters to lead Business Development and Partnership Organization
Redwood Shores, California.—

Provider (ESP), today announced that Rod Walters has joined its
executive management team. Mr. Walters, who joins Escalate as
Vice President, Business Development, has more than 18 years experience
in business-to-business, e-business and supply chain management
having held senior positions at Oracle, PeopleSoft and Asera.
Walters brings his e-Services and e-Business experience to Escalate
to build a world-class partnering and business development organization.

Vice President of Asera, Inc., Walters helped grow the company

he secured the first five beta customers and signed more than
15 strategic business alliances, and successfully launched the
company in September of 1999. Prior to Asera, Walters spent three
years at PeopleSoft in sales and general management as Vice President
& General Manager of Infrastructure Business Unit and Vice President
of North America Manufacturing Sales. Walters also held significant
leadership positions at Oracle and Cincom.
Walters has a Bachelors of Science
degree in Economics from Harvard University.
